1. Who this policy applies to
Arvy is a commercial online tool for project configuration, digital visualization, sharing, and account management. This policy applies to website visitors, registered users, subscribing organizations, and organization team members who access Arvy Project Studio.
2. Information we collect
We may collect account and contact details such as name, email address, phone number, organization name, website, role, billing status, and login information. We also process project information that users choose to add, including configurations, dimensions, colors, materials, uploaded or generated images, quote-related data, stage context, descriptions, and public sharing settings.
Technical data may include IP address, browser and device details, access times, pages viewed, error logs, diagnostics, cookies, and security information needed to operate, protect, and improve the service.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide accounts, save and display projects, generate visualization and AR assets, support public sharing links, process subscriptions, respond to requests, improve reliability, prevent abuse, maintain security, troubleshoot errors, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Subscriber data and client responsibility
Subscribers and their users are responsible for the data they enter, upload, store, publish, or share through Arvy. This includes information about their own clients, project sites, site photos, measurements, descriptions, pricing inputs, quotes, portfolio content, and any other submitted material.
Subscribers must ensure they have the required permission, consent, legal basis, and rights to add client or third-party information to Arvy and to send any generated links, files, simulations, previews, quotes, or public pages to their clients.
5. Client relationships are not managed by Arvy
Arvy, its owners, and its managers are not a party to the relationship between subscribers and their clients. Arvy does not manage client communications, approve projects, verify client consent, validate contracts, or take responsibility for disputes, decisions, or obligations between subscribers and their clients.
6. Simulations, AR previews, and generated outputs
Arvy simulations, 3D previews, AR placement, sun/shadow views, generated files, pricing outputs, and quotes are digital aids only. They may depend on user-provided information, device capabilities, browser support, catalog settings, and technical assumptions.
The outputs are not guaranteed to be a realistic, complete, or technically accurate representation of any physical product or installation. Users remain responsible for independently verifying measurements, engineering requirements, installation conditions, compliance obligations, prices, customer communications, and real-world decisions before relying on any output.
7. Sharing and public content
Project viewer links and organization work/portfolio pages may be public when users choose to share or publish them. Anyone with access to a public link may view the related presentation. Subscribers are responsible for reviewing shared content before making it public or sending it to clients.
8. Service providers and disclosures
We may use trusted service providers for hosting, infrastructure, security, email delivery, diagnostics, analytics, forms, payments, or support. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transfer.
9. Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, support security, and meet legal obligations. Users may request deletion or correction of account information, subject to legitimate retention needs and technical backups.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their login credentials and avoid adding unnecessary sensitive or confidential data to projects or public pages.
11. Your choices
You may update account details, adjust project sharing settings, request access to personal information, or ask for correction/deletion where applicable. You may also control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may require cookies or similar technologies to function.
