1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, subscribing, starting a trial, or using Arvy Project Studio, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you use Arvy for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
2. What Arvy provides
Arvy is a commercial software tool for configuring, visualizing, presenting, and sharing pergola-related projects. It may include 3D previews, AR files, project links, portfolio pages, pricing inputs, quote tools, and account features.
Arvy does not sell, manufacture, install, certify, engineer, or guarantee the physical products shown in the tool.
3. No realistic product guarantee
Arvy outputs are digital approximations. They are not guaranteed to be realistic, complete, dimensionally exact, structurally accurate, compliant with regulations, or identical to any real product, material, installation, color, light condition, shadow, or AR placement.
You must independently verify all measurements, technical specifications, product availability, installation requirements, engineering requirements, permits, prices, and customer-facing promises before relying on any output.
4. Subscriber responsibility for clients and projects
Subscribers are fully responsible for their own clients, projects, sales process, proposals, contracts, communications, pricing, and delivery. Subscribers must tell their clients when a presentation is only a digital visualization or commercial aid and must explain any limits, assumptions, or required checks.
Arvy, its owners, and its managers are not responsible for subscriber-client relationships, disputes, misunderstandings, project decisions, installation outcomes, client notices, or commitments made outside Arvy.
5. User content and permissions
You are responsible for all data, images, measurements, project details, client information, pricing inputs, descriptions, public portfolio content, and other material you add to Arvy. You confirm that you have the required rights, permissions, consents, and legal basis to upload, store, publish, and share that material.
6. Public sharing
If you share a viewer link, quote, file, portfolio page, or other output, you are responsible for checking it before sharing. Public links may be viewed by anyone who receives or discovers the link. Remove or disable sharing when content should no longer be public.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use Arvy to upload unlawful content, violate privacy rights, mislead clients, infringe intellectual property, attack the service, bypass access limits, reverse engineer protected parts of the system, or use the tool in a way that could damage Arvy or other users.
8. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
Paid access, trials, project limits, and features may depend on the active subscription plan. Subscription fees, renewal rules, trial conditions, cancellation options, and payment processing details are shown during checkout or in the account billing area. You are responsible for keeping billing information accurate and canceling before renewal if you do not want continued access.
9. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or remove features, limits, pages, or integrations when needed. We try to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or compatibility with every browser, device, AR viewer, or third-party system.
10. Limitation of responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arvy is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profit, lost sales, project errors, client disputes, inaccurate user inputs, unrealistic previews, installation decisions, or third-party actions. Your use of Arvy outputs is at your own responsibility.
